STRALLI are a new product, unique in terms of taste, packaging and storage method. Describing them without having tasted them, is impossible: they aren’t breadsticks, they aren’t crackers, they aren’t “schiacciatine” or biscuits. Once tasted, the reasons we needed them immediately become apparent: they are tasty and versatile, perfect for sweet and savoury pairings but also excellent alone, as a snack or appetiser.

Based on Fermo’s development strategy, the necessary condition to obtain healthy products without ever sacrificing taste. Research is carried out into ingredients and in the development of alternative product ideas, and is oriented towards the use of new technologies which, from production to packaging, always guarantee the quality of the end product.
The role of the mixture in oven-baked products is always of fundamental importance; its structural, physical, chemical and sensorial characteristics strongly influence the end result. This prerogative, together with the undisputed quality of the ingredients, helps characterise STRALLI, which are made using a state-of-the-art mixer, patented and customised exclusively for Fermo.
Inside the exclusive mixer, the flours are suspended in a whirl of air and subsequently hydrated with a nebulised spray of water. In this way, the molecules come together evenly, with no mechanical stress, in just two minutes, bringing out all the delicious aroma and flavour of the ingredients used.
The genuineness and freshness of STRALLI are guaranteed by packaging in a modified atmosphere, something that is unique in the sector and eliminates the use of preservatives, allowing us to maintain all the original flavour and aroma for nine months. The tray is patented and, besides guaranteeing freshness and fragrance, it helps protect the STRALLI from breakages, as well as being aesthetically attractive and ideal for serving on the table.
